The Audi A8 is a luxury sedan produced by the German car manufacturer Audi. Audi A8 was firstly introduced in February 1994 and production started in June 1994. The first two generations were based on the Volkswagen Group D platform and the next generations deriving from the Volkswagen Group MLB platform. Audi A8 was the first mass-market car with an aluminium chassis.
